I love the process of discovering why we do the things we do, of identifying the aspirations and anxieties that underly our daily actions. I love applying those insights to spark new product or service ideas, and improve upon existing ones.

I believe in thoughtfully selecting the right techniques and tools to answer the questions at hand, in bringing my stakeholders along for the journey, and distilling complex insights into clear actions.
